- Handled and allocated a $4,000 Budget

- Research of and close collaboration with various Vendors best suited for the event

- Organization, execution, and leading of weekly meetings for my team as well as with other teams to ensure efficient teamwork and clear communication

- Strategized projects with consideration for team members’ individual strengths; set goals, and created open pathways of communication to successfully meet tight deadlines

- Organized, conceptualized, and presented project proposals, briefs, and pitches

• Designed, innovated, and developed all creative content 

• “Party Pack” including stickers, banners, and UW Merch every Graduate received

• Graduation Event Invitations 

• Virtual Event Design Layout for every Graduate’s presentation
